The final entry is completed, for my part, but will these blogs continue until a winner for the Sears and Kohler prizes is chosen? It is good to read all the comments every day from so many varied personalities. Dear HGTV,

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to win fabulous prizes from great companies. I also entered my grandson (Sgt. Andrew Peter) who just purchased his own home. He is stationed at Fort Bragg and came home from Iraq injured. He is doing much better and having his own home has helped him tremendously. His winning in the sweepstakes would help him decorate his home. Thanks again for offering us such a chance.

Well everyone, I guess this is it. Again, I would like to say 'Congratulations' to all of the winners, and a big 'Thank You' to HGTV. This has been quite an experience for me, and something I looked forward to everyday. There really are some wonderful people that have blogged on here. Lisa, you are an exceptional person - know that!! Kaydid, birdlover, Dana, Mary, Charlene, and where has our Southern Lady been, all of you should be very proud of yourselves because you are all a fun bunch. Ladies, it has been a blast.

Good Luck to everyone!! This is such an exciting and suspenseful experience! I've never been so glued to my computer with this unbelievable chance of a lifetime. I have learned so much daily and have made improvements to my home. My kids are even understanding the concept of "green" and I hope we all can pass it on. It takes all of us to make a difference. We all are really a winner if we make a difference, however, it's fun to dream sitting in our "already done-green dream!!!"

I watch you all the timeI would like to have a green home very much and I have a special needs Grandson who I would like to have something of his own when I am no longer here to spend time with him or my daughter. He will at least have a plaace to call his own.

Well, I hope of course that I am the winner. Michigan's weather is awful and I have wanted to move south for two years. Whoever wins I pray God will bless them. The team that designed and built the Green house has accomplished an outstanding house. Now this house needs a family to make the house a home.

Hey everyone. I know, the contest is over. I was reading the blogs this morning because I didn't get a chance to get back in here last night. It dawned on me that there are so many others involved in this giveaway that we have neglected to thank. HGTV above all for giving us this opportunity, SEARS, KOHLER, a big thank you. But let's not forget, (and I know I won't get everyone here), GMC for the hybrid, Shaw Flooring, Tradition Hilton Head for building this community, Johnson, Call2Recycle, Straw Dog Designs, Glendinning Home Collection, No Four Eleven, Scott Antique Market, and anyone else I missed. Last but,(in no way), the least, the construction workers, (builders and landscapers alike), and the design team, thank you all so much for your hard work. So many are just overloooked. THANKS HGTV!!!!! I love watching all the shows and LOVE when you guys do the homes!!!! Its my favorite. The home in South Carolina is one of the best yet.I have entered everyday ( my husband thinks I'm crazy) but, you know what someone's got to win, and how are you going to win if you don't play! HGTV – A big thank you. Thanks for giving us such a golden opportunity to win a new home and it being green just tops the cake. I love all of the shows on HGTV. I just plain love HGTV. I get so many different ideas and so much knowledge from the various shows. I have enter the past “give away homes”, but I truly hope my family is the lucky and blessed winner of the green home because it is perfect for us. I am a very generous person and I have already been telling my family and friends how I would share the home with them by inviting them to come for a visit, giving the hybrid to my daughter in college. Just wanted to thank everyone involved in the building of this marvelous home.

I designed a green home three years ago and have spent tens of thousands of $$$$$$ to get it built. It is simple and green, the way I was raised, although it was called common sense when I was young. I have gone through four construction and prefab companies who have all said it could easily be done. Then after months of meetings, they want to do it their way. My frustration level is beyond belief. I almost scream when I watch your show. The things you do have been in my designs all along.
