HGTV is my favorite channel to watch on television. My favorite show has to be Myles of style. I am a young mother of four children and I do not have that much money to decorate I love being creative but thought I did not have the money to do so. Kim always shows you how do be creative on a budjet. So I just want to thank HGTV and Kim for showing me that with a little money and a lot of creativeness I can still have a nice home, even if there might be crayon on my wall from time to time.=)

I am painting my front door a dark green. It is covered by a screen door. I want to stencil some red roses or decopauge some on stems. Where and how can I do that?

I am in need of your help. I have a sofa, chair, and loveseat. I know it's three pieces but they are not bulky at all. Its very contemporary. I wish I could add the pictures. The colors are teal blue and expresso. I didn't want the traditional look but more contemporary. Please help me out with some pictures and accents. I don't have an expensive budget so please help me to a creative style.

Thanks
Naudia

Hi Naudia --

I have similar colors in my contemporary house -- try making some easy toss pillows using either Wamsutta's "Bounce" fabric shower curtains or find a fabric called "Flashback Lime Twist" -- a very fun retro print with white, teal, lime & varying brown circles. Hope that helps~

Hi, my name is Crystal and my parents just recently moved out of their old house where I currently live in, but I am overwhelmed with all of this white all over the house. I want to change things up to my style, but I need your help. If you can be so kind to help me with a simply comment, I will really appreciate it!

P.s. The living room, kitchen, and dining room is an open floor plan with mostly brown, black, and of course WHITE. Please help!
