I enjoy your show and I love the cookie tray tables. What a great idea I'm going to make them and use them on the patio.

Great idea! You could even use a "recycled" cookie sheet to save more money! I am always looking for a way to fit in a "little table" when I am working on a project & then suddenly my dog has to go out or the ophone rings- this will be great!!! Thanks Kim!

Kim
what color did you use for the walls of this family room Episode 106 in Miami. You said terra cotta but by what company and is that the color name?
Please I have a kitchen problem.

I have an old luggage rack I keep moving around the house because I didn't ever know what to do with it. The cookie sheet tray idea is just great, and I'm going to work on it this weekend. I was thinking of gluing a piece of fake leather to the top of the cookie sheet for some added texture. What do you think?

I just watched this episode and I love your show! With that said, this design is perfect for apartment living. I live in SF and have a small 1 bedroom and I am constantly looking for furniture that can be tucked away. I love it!

In episode 106, you talked about the slipcovers for the chairs and sofa. Where can they be purchased and are the available for parson type chairs. They are not on the list of items used in the show.
Thank you

Great idea! This would work great on my patio. I am always struggling to hold glasses, bottles, etc and open the sliding door to get in and out...this will definitely fix that problem! Keep up the great work!

This is a very good idea to be used in a casual room. This is a wonderful show; Kim gives wonderful ideas and she does a beautiful makeover each show. She is a very talented person.

Hi Kim,
The fireplace makeover in episode #106 was gorgeous with the glass tiles. I would love to add glass tiles to my fireplace. Every touch of your style that you have added to your designs have been wonderful. I like them all!
Kim, you are extremely gifted!

Kim,
I just love your makeovers!!!! Watch out Candace
Olsen and Vern Yip. You definitely have some competition now!. Kim I'm trying to purchase
wood laminate flooring but i"m not sure how to match it with my existing cabinets. I've been piece mealing my kitchen since last year. I save then remodel-save then remodel. I would also like to redo my kitchen white tile (yuk) backsplash. Can tile be sanded,
primed, then painted in a different color? I'm really on a tight budget. My kitchen is celery green with dark maple cabinets and black appliances. I love the lighter shades of green. My husband has me on home decore lock down though (smile). Since I've been watching HGTV our home has been through dramatic transformations. Any suggestions?

I also am interested in finding a slip cover for my over sized sofa. At the end of the show Kim mentioned that we could locate them somewhere on hgtv.com. Has anyone been able to locate them?

Kim, I love your show. In episode 106 you used slipcovers (pantyhose for your sofa) that fit so well. I would love to know where can they be purchased.

Loved everything you did in this room. However, I'm very interested about the slipcovers like Mary and I can't find anything about on this site.

Kim, I have enjoyed watching Myles of Style (my favorite was the room with the glass tiled end tables). On the whole liked this room (ep 106) a lot; however, I have to say that as a retired librarian I absolutely cringed when you arranged the books by color. How are they going to find the specific book they are looking for? I suppose it might work for their small collection, but I still find it difficult to appreciate. Keep up the otherwise good work!

I would also like to know about the slip covers for the chairs and sofa. The paint color, who is by. Love the cookie tray idea, I have several old ones I can use.
