I want candy!

I want this Chocolate Spatula Thermometer. No, not because I make a lot of candy, but because when I do make candy, I usually do a really bad job with it. This gadget lets you easily keep track of the temperature of your melted chocolate. If chocolate gets too hot, it gets gritty, so this is wonderful. The thermometer alone would be enough, but then you also get a really nice spatula that is perfect to scrape that last bit of chocolate out of the pot. I can't wait for my thermometer to arrive. The Chocolate Spatula Thermometer is priced less than $20.
