I recently learned about a whole new line of products that can keep the peace in your neighborhood. They are bark stoppers. Bark stoppers use an ultrasonic tone that is triggered by dog's barking. If the dog is not barking, it doesn't make a sound. It may not work with all dogs, but your neighborly relationship is worth trying it. Priced around $60.
