HGTV's Green Home tour is live! My coworker, Kelley, toured the home and couldn't stop gushing over how beautiful the location and the house is. Not too big, not too small — this green home is juuust right. It's too bad I can't win it, but if you do, would you let me camp out in the guest bedroom?
The designer, Linda Woodrum (she designs for all our Dream Homes, too), added a clever twist to this eco-friendly bedroom: change the yellow color everywhere to another color and bingo! Instant new color palette.

I took the virtual tour of the Green Home and just love all of the natural elements and the colors. I need Linda Woodrum to come and redo my spaces or at least give me some tips. All of the spaces in the Green Home see so peaceful.

Bed too big and colors too bold for such a small room. Gold throw is ugly.
I expected something a lot better from your designers.

Here's another idea for a green bedroom - organic cotton sheets and bedding. The Purist collection of bedding linens from SDH are chemical and dye-free, if you want to go really natural. You can find them at http://www.elegantlinenspc.com/SDH-Bedding.htm, they carry a good selection of this type of bedding. Another plus is if you get good quality sheets and blankets you don't have to replace them as often so that saves the environment too.

I do not kike this room.Not restful and too busy. Colors are garish.
