Quick post today about something that's new to me, but probably not new to you. It's Decorati.com, Shane Reilly's brainchild. I've known about Reilly, because she's appeared on HGTV's Curb Appeal and Sensible Chic, and you can view her work on Designers' Portfolio. But I didn't know about Decorati.com, even though it's been online since last year.
Reilly specializes in high-end style, and that's exactly where Decorati.com comes in. I think of it as a counterpart to the literati — essentially, the world of high end design at your fingertips. It's the middleman someone actually needs to do their job better. And you'll keep good company: Todd Hase, Vaughan and Ted Boerner among many, many more.
Plus, it solves one of my pet peeves: trying to get prices out of furniture companies who bury their contacts list. Decorati.com allows registered users and designers to search across high-end furniture catalogs and instantly request a price quote from a showroom. Also, as a non-designer member you can buy sample sale items.
After a quick browse through the site, here are some of Decorati.com's listings that are making their way into my favorites.

I just checked out their website and was amazed at how many products they have. Great stuff!
