Valentine's Day is one of those magical times of year when the kids are more than ready to break out the construction paper and markers and settle in for some serious crafting. These Heart-Shaped Puppy Cards are a great project for keeping little hands busy while creating a treat for friends and classmates. Add a sweet surprise by taping a sucker or snack-size candy bar to the card's back.
Pre-cut foam hearts and a paint pen make this Valentine Take-Out Box another simple and fun project for unleashing kids' creativity. With just a little paint and heart-shaped stickers kids can transform ordinary terra cotta pots into Valentine Votive Holders, perfect as gifts for teachers, grandparents or simply as decoration.

I'm assisting at an upcoming Valentine's Banquet which will be held in our "new" church basement. Everyones excited about our small 1800's church receiving this new addition which has added a very sturdy foundation. Members from the community will finally get to visit for the first time since the major construction has been completed. They will get to see how we are now ready to add a kitchen, bathroom, and much more. At this banquet, we will have everything from children's crafts to finger-foods. This is an excellent site to explore for quick ideas for this banquet. Thanks a bunch HGTV. If anyone has any Valentine craft and/or finger-food ideas please comment on this site for everyone to see.

Hi,
I like most of the programs on hgtv. In the past year or so the craft, art, sewing and gardening programs have been replaced with programs about buying and remodeling homes. I liked the balance you had before. Please add more craft, art, sewing and gardening showes back into your programing.
